Yay!

I am so relieved! I passed both my MTTC subject tests the first try!  I wouldn't have been this nervous about it, but I had a really bad feeling that I didn't pass my French test. Both of them were pretty hard, surprisingly enough. After a lot of the teachers I've had over the years, I figured the tests must be pretty easy.  Instead, they both pretty much covered my entire college career. I just had a celebratory bowl of cereal (that's how I justify eating two big bowls of Frosted Mini Wheats in one day).

For the rest of the day, Todd and I will be preparing for our long-awaited yard sale this weekend. This is our living room pre-sale:

Scary, huh? Todd and I both brought so much from our parents' houses that our poor tiny apartment can't handle the clutter. There's just no where to put it!  I'm really on a mission to lighten the load before moving (not to mention covering the outrageous U-Haul fee), so I'm excited to get rid of some of this junk. But one man's junk is another man's treasure, right? Hence the sale.
